Conditions
The rates are per person and day inclusive of all taxes and fees (except for the Visitor's Tax), and free use of all stated inclusive services.
From 01.01.2014 its amount comes to 2,10€ per person per day (except children under 14 years) and has to be paid on the spot.
Payment methods: we accept cash, cheque, EC card and credit cards. For stays of 7 nights or more, we grant a reduction of 1.5% on the room rate for cash payments!
On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready by 2 p.m.; please consider this when planning your arrival. On the day of departure, the rooms have to be vacated by 10 a.m.
A surcharge of 10 % will be charged for short stays of less than 3 days.
Single use of a double room: only upon request and surcharge depends on the season!
We love dogs! However, we want to guarantee fully hygienic conditions for our guests and therefore have to ask you to arrive without a dog.
Please note that smoking is forbidden in all rooms of the hotel.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival, we charge a fee of 30% of the total booking arrangement.
In case of short-notice cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, we charge the entire booked arrangement rate.
In case of late arrival or early departure the entire period booked will be charged.
Upon request, we grant special cancellation conditions for groups from 8 persons.
