Inspired by land and passion

South Tyrol is characterized by a combination of the German and Italian culture regions. This can be seen best on the plate. Whether you prefer disciplined or delightful-sinful nutrition, our breakfast menu and choice of menus offer the right things for anyone.

Whenever possible we use freshly cut ingredients from our garden or local farmers. Jams from grandma's recipes, scenting bread, cake and strudel... are of course homemade, because it is fun and it simply tastes better.
